Roam far and wide without worrying your loved ones back home. The Garmin inReach Explorer+ is a GPS tracker, navigation tool, 2-way satellite messenger and SOS device all in one.
Explorer+ has all the same functionality as the inReach SE+, but also has pre-loaded topo maps, 2 extra GB of memory, a digital compass, barometic altimeter and accelerometer
## Device features.
Built-in, high-sensitivity GPS provides basic navigation, location and tracking data within 5 meters; follow routes, drop waypoints and find your way back.
Know before you go. Receive weather forecasts directly on your inReach device, so you can make educated decisions based on local conditions or the destination ahead.
Choose from 3 forecasts: basic, premium nonmarine and premium marine.

The GARMIN Explorer Plus allows you to stay in touch anywhere with inReach® satellite communication capabilities\*, two-way text messaging and interactive SOS. Share your position using GPS-based location tracking.
The internal, rechargeable lithium battery provides up to 100 hours of operation.
